Clawde Google Workspace is a private personal-assistant integration operated by Witsbi. It connects a user-authorized Google account to a locally operated OpenClaw assistant.
Google data accessed
With the user’s permission, the integration may access Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Contacts data needed to complete the user’s requests.
How data is used
Google user data is used only to provide user-requested assistant functions, such as finding and summarizing messages, reviewing calendars, locating files, working with documents and spreadsheets, and managing contacts. The integration does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, or sale.
Storage and sharing
OAuth credentials are stored in the user’s local operating-system credential store. Google content may be processed on the user’s OpenClaw installation and by AI service providers that the user has chosen and configured, solely to fulfill the user’s requests. Data is not sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored credentials remain until the user revokes access or deletes them. The user can revoke access at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and delete local OpenClaw data through their installation.
Security
Reasonable technical safeguards are used to protect credentials and data, including OAuth authorization and local credential storage. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Google API Services User Data Policy
This application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
